Reliable Renovations is a locally owned remodeling company based in Antioch, Illinois, specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, decks, and more. We focus on making your home function better, look better, and add long-term value.
We approach remodeling with structure and intention. Every project begins with a clear scope, realistic budget conversations, and a defined plan. We handle permits when required, coordinate trades, manage schedules, and maintain consistent communication so homeowners always know what’s happening and why.
Our work is built on three principles: craftsmanship, accountability, and respect for your home. That means clean jobsites, professional conduct, tight workmanship, and no disappearing acts mid-project. If something needs to be addressed, we address it directly.
We are not the cheapest option, and we don’t try to be. We are the option for homeowners who want the job done correctly, managed professionally, and completed with care.

I cannot recommend Reliable Renovations enough! Mike and his team took out the carpets in our entire second floor and replaced them with laminate floors. They also did new trim and doors everywhere upstairs as well. The best part of working with Mike was his attention to detail. He was meticulous about getting things just right and to our expectations/his expectations and he personally oversaw all of the work done. This project was done for health reasons for our son and Mike was so great about cleaning up after the work day and keeping things as clean as possible, which was so important to us. We saw him vacuuming upstairs on many different days himself at the end of the day! He also did little things such as bringing our garbage and recycling cans into the garage on garbage days when they were working, or buying felt protectors to put on the bottom of all of our big furniture after they put the floors in so it wouldn't damage the floors. He truly goes above and beyond- we will hire him for any future work or projects! Loved working with Mike!

This group is one of a kind. Mike and his team are truly the most talented, detail oriented, timely, caring, and thoughtful group. They recently completed a kitchen remodel for us, and saying they did an unbelievably incredible job - would be an understatement. Day after day the team came in with positive and hard working energy. Having them in our house was an absolute pleasure. The project shut down the main room of our house, but they pulled off the impossible and made it feel like there was no project going on at all when they left. They cleaned thoroughly after each day, and were extremely thoughtful to cover and protect every last bit.
